Rates

Simple, honest pricing

Services are at your home off base in Stuttgart and the surrounding area. Christa lives downtown and cannot enter US bases without a sponsor, so base access cannot be promised. On-base visits: access has to be arranged ahead of time, ask when you book.

Regular housekeeping: €30 per hour

Good to know

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes, 2 hours per visit, so the minimum is €60 plus any travel time. Regular housekeeping is €30 per hour.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Usually yes, so that your preferred products are used. If you would like Christa to bring supplies, mention it in your request and it can be agreed in advance.

Where do you work?

At homes off base in Stuttgart and the surrounding area. Christa lives downtown and cannot enter US bases without a sponsor, so base housing is not available.

Can I choose what you focus on?

Yes. Tell me what matters most, for example the kitchen and bathrooms, and that is where I start.

I have pets. Is that a problem?

Please mention them in your request, along with any areas to avoid.

Can you do a one-time clean?

Yes. A one-time reset, a pre-move clean or a clean after visitors can all be booked.

Do you do PCS move-out deep cleans?

Yes. If you are leaving Europe and want a very deep, thorough clean of the apartment, ask for a PCS move / deep clean. It is a long job, priced at €40 per hour or as a flat quote, typically €300 to €600 per apartment, based on photos and the size of the apartment. Regular housekeeping is €30 per hour. Christa cannot make promises about your landlord's or the housing office's inspection.

Need an evening or later time, or anything else? Add it here and Christa will confirm.

Cancellation policy: free cancellation 7 or more days before the visit. Less than 7 days and at least 72 hours before: 25% of the booked price. Less than 72 hours before: 50%. No-show: 100%. One free reschedule with at least 7 days notice. You may prove that no loss, or a lower loss, occurred. Any deposit paid is credited against these amounts and otherwise refunded.

I have read the cancellation policy I expressly request that Christa starts the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I understand that if I withdraw, I pay for services already provided, and that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided (§ 356(4), § 357a BGB).
